About Be Well:

This is a wellbeing blog for everyone and anyone who wants to improve their physical and mental health, is perfectly happy with their physical and mental health, and all those in between. Let's share our experiences, learn and grown together; there is nothing more powerful than doing so in a time where we are more isolated than ever. 

About the Author:

I am an aspiring psychotherapist who is currently working with young people struggling with their academic, behavioural, social and emotional needs. I am trained in Mental Health First Aid and have a Criminology and Sociology background, so I like to believe that I have a sound understanding of the adversities we may experience and how to overcome these. More than anything, I am a human being who struggles with my own wellbeing from time-to-time. I am here to share my story and to hear yours.
